I did some research to find techniques on how to improve running. One of the most important things we all runner should have is perfect running form.
I watched so many videos on YouTube and I found this very useful video summarizing good techniques:
One of the video’s comments that summarize what the video tries to convey:
- Look towards the horizon
- Don’t push head too far forward
- Don’t tense shoulders
- Elbows close to side, relaxed, don’t cross imaginary line
- Pull chest upwards
- Make sure foot lands under the center of gravity
