In this blog I am going to show you mobile apps I usually use for my ski trip. I have many apps for different purposes. Actually there are also many other apps that are available on app store but most of them I already tried and I only choose the one that works best among the apps that are similar.

Garmin

I start with Garmin Connect as I use Garmin watch. The one that I have is designed for triathlon but it also can be used on slopes! Activities you record with Garmin Connect can also be synced automatically with other apps, for example, Apple Health.

Meteo Swiss

No one goes skiing without check the weather, right? Meteo Swiss is a must especially for those who are living in Switzerland (me too!). The app also comes with dangerous warning features so that you can plan your ski trip safely.

SRF Meteo

Same object as Meteo Swiss but for me the SRF is a bit better than Meteo Swiss (I do believe that they share the raw data but have different ways for interpreting the results and make predictions).

Skiresort

Everything about ski resorts around the work is packed in this app. I love it! All information I want to know about a ski resort I plan to go is not difficult to find anymore!

Swiss Snow

Snow report for ski resorts in Switzerland

Snoww

For recording your run. It shows you the stats of your run at the end.

Skiline

I use this app for adding my ski pass so I can connect to the real-time tracking by a ski resort's monitor.

Slopes

The ultimate app for all skiers! You can use this app for tracking your runs, finding info about ski resorts, and logging your skiing trip.

Enjoy skiing!
